Maldon golf course nestles between Mt Tarrengower and the Nuggetty range, providing a leisurely golfing experience in a natural bush setting. Though short, the course is quite challenging and undulating in parts. There are a number of blind shots to be played, and there is a par 3 that can be approached only over some very tall gums. Sand greens are always a challenge to the uninitiated. The Club Tournament is always held over the first weekend in August.
