The 2024 Vic Four-Ball championship will see the event played in an exciting new format.
The championship sees men’s, women’s and mixed pairs compete at various qualifying venues throughout Victoria from the 1st September to the 1st December 2023.
The qualifying venues will be club run, with entry price and prizes determined by each club.
A minimum of five pairs from each venue will qualify for the 2024 State Final held at Spring Valley and Kingston Heath Golf Clubs, Monday 15 & Tuesday 16 January 2024. The State Final will cost pairs $350 which includes lunch on each day of the final, green fees and trophies.

Can I play at more than one venue? You may enter multiple venues.
When will I receive the draw? A full draw with starting holes and player information will be distributed via the hosting club approx. one week prior to the event. The draw will also be available on the event golfbox page.
Is there a handicap limit for the State Final? The maximum Golf Australia Handicap is 45.4 for women and 36.4 for men.
What is included at the State Final? 36 holes golf, lunch and a chance at $1500 worth of prizes.
Can I use a golf cart? State Final: Golf carts will only be available to those who hold a medical certificate or are at least 75 years of age.
Qualifying venues: Golf carts are allocated based on each individual club’s policy.
Can I change partners before an the State Final? Yes. You must notify Golf Australia prior to the event to make this change.
Can I play another event if I have already qualified for the State Final? Yes, you can however you will not be able to qualify again.
State Final How many pairs qualify for the State Final? A minimum of five pairs from each qualifying venue will qualify
When is the State Final? The State Final will be held on Monday the 15th (Spring Valley) and Tuesday the 16th of January (Kingston Heath).
If I qualify for the State Final and my partner cannot play can I play with a different partner? Yes you may substitute another player.
What happens if my handicap changes from the qualifying time to the time of the state final? Daily handicaps are calculated on the first day of the State Final. Your most up to date handicap will be used.
