Beachport golf course is a short 9 hole layout which is situated on primarily flat land. There is one hill which runs along the edge of the course from on the 1st and 8th holes. The rest of the course is flat with no undulating surfaces at all. The fairways are kept in good condition and the greens, although quite small, are also adequate. Birdies are available at almost every hole due to the openness of this layout. Often a wayward drive is not at all punishing as the fairways are only protected by small shrubs in many cases.
