Victorian Levi Sclater and hometown star Hallie Meaburn have won the main titles at the Tasmanian Junior Masters at Riverside Golf Club.

Sclater, 17, who plays out of Huntingdale Golf Club, lost a playoff earlier in the week in the Tasmanian junior amateur.

But this time he shot a second-round 68, the lowest round of the tournament by three shots, to close it out by a shot from New South Welshman Joshuaa Robards at one-under par for the 36 holes, the tournament being reduced to two rounds by torrential rain on Thursday.

Neaburn, 16, plays out of Royal Hobart and is the granddaughter of legendary Tasmanian golfer Lindy Goggin.

She shot 75-74 to tie with the Gold Coast’s Haruhi Nakatani, then birdied the third hole of a sudden-death playoff for the win.
