The Tallygaroopna Golf Course is a nine hole sandscrape course situated 21km north of Shepparton along the Goulburn Valley Highway, operating between 1st April and 30th September. Trees line the well kept fairways and the sandscrapes, with their individual putting surfaces, providing a challenge for most golfers. A water hazard is provided by the irrigation drainage channel that divides the course. Surrounded by farmland on 3 sides the course also plays host to several varieties of bird life, possums and goannas. During the clubs 34 years existence the course has never been parred and there has never been a hole in one.
