Course has 18 black soil greens and is fairly well kept with manicured fairways, short tree-lined fairway layout with even a few bunkers. There are a few slight doglegs otherwise most holes are straight with the black soil greens visible from the tee mound. Narromine Golf Club is 40km west of Dubbo along the Mitchell Highway.
