Minnippi is an 18-hole golf course designed by renowned golf course architects Phil Ryan & Paul Reeves of Pacific Coast Design.  

The land, a major natural floodplain, presented a challenge but also an opportunity for the design team – how to manage the space and make use of stunning natural surrounds whilst ensuring the least amount of environmental disruption (including the delicate squirrel glider population in the area (which actually features in our logo!) 

Minnippi offers a unique golf experience with not a single bunker on course (often the undoing of even the best players). Alternatively, players will be met with treated timber fences which create grassy hollows near greens and at traditional ‘bunker’ positions, an Australian first. Did you know these treated timber palings are actually recycled railway sleepers!  

This course design will ultimately improve round times and provide players a new and fun experience.  Included is a 20 bay driving range, coaching, food and beverage offerings and much much more
