Last call - applications for Junior girls’ scholarship funding close 25 October

Clubs and PGA Professionals, there is still a chance to obtain funding for the Australian Golf Foundation Junior Girls Golf Scholarship program, but you only have until 5pm (AEST) October 25 to do so!
The Australian Golf Foundation, in association with Golf Australia, is delighted to present the Australian Golf Foundation (AGF) Junior Girls Scholarship program for a second year.
Following outstanding success in the program’s inaugural year, the program is being expanded to involve more facilities and more girls.
Under the tutelage of a club’s PGA professional and/or community instructor, along with the support of club members, scholarship holders will have the opportunity to:
Advance their skills through coaching
Obtain a handicap
Play in club competitions
Form lifelong golfing friendships with other girls and members.
To fund this activity, successful golf club applicants will receive $2000 plus GST in funding.
