Hannah Green posted her best result of the LPGA Tour season when she carded her fourth consecutive round in the 60s at the LA Open today. The 24-year-old Green finished tied-third behind Canada's Brooke Henderson after a closing 66 today at Wilshire Country Club,with overnight leader Jessica Korda shooting a one-over 73 and hauled in by Henderson in a thrilling finish. Henderson at 16 under was just two shots ahead of Green, whose day was highlighted by an eagle at the par-four 14th hole where she almost drove the green. Rookie professional Gabi Ruffels closed with a 71 to finish tied-17th, continuing her impressive form. Green has had three consecutive top-20s to show the value of her work in the off-season. "I feel like I'm pretty close. Nate (Blasko) and I, my caddie, have been talking about it, and we feel like we're not far off a win." Leaderboard
