Elliott is a very small township halfway between Darwin and Alice Springs, about 250km north of Tennant Creek, 770km south of Darwin. The traditional Aboriginal name for the area is Kulumindini. Local accommodation services include a caravan park and the Elliott Hotel. Elliott Golf Course is a public 9 hole course with grassed greens, which are well looked after. Golf clubs can be hired from the Elliott Hotel.
