Brett Coletta and Curtis Luck both made promising leaps up the Korn Ferry Tour rankings after top-20 finishes in the King and Bear Classic in Florida today. Coletta, 23, could not sustain his early momentum although he did log his season's best finish, tied-14th, after a closing 69 today. The Victorian, who had missed his previous three cuts, led the tournament through the first two days. He jumped 88 spots on the tour rankings to 109th, with the top 25 at the end of the season earning PGA Tour playing rights. Luck had his best week in some time, tied-16th after closing with a 69 today to jump to No. 100 in the points rankings. Meanwhile, Sydney's Matt Jones is tied-36th in the PGA Tour's RBC Heritage at Hilton Head in South Carolina, being the only Australian to make the cut for the second week in a row.
