The key for your club or facility to unlock a bright future has arrived with the new MyGolf and Get Into Golf websites.

As a purpose-built tool, the programs’ new websites are the ideal way for clubs and facilities around Australia to expand their reach to a whole new demographic.

Golf Australia’s senior manager of programs and inclusion Christian Hamilton said the new MyGolf portal had been tailored to meet club and program co-ordinator needs by listening to their requests.

“It’s literally all about building value for co-ordinators, clubs and facilities,” Hamilton said.

“For example, we learnt that more than 90% of our marketing click-throughs came through mobile devices, so the new website and portal focus on user’s mobile experience.

“We know that attracting new people is the key to prospective future membership, so we have built a tool that provides all clubs and facilities with unrivalled marketing tools.

“MyGolf does not cost the club or facility one cent to run, they get access to the portal, national marketing campaigns and, importantly, retain 100% of the fees they charge through the portal.”

The website offers a complete solution for clubs and facilities to run their junior programs and the new Get Into Golf program suite.

“The websites provide solid curriculums, great e-commerce solutions and both national and local marketing,” Hamilton said.

“We have prepared Facebook and Instagram campaigns that are linked to active program postcodes.

“For example, if Sandhurst at 3977 uploads a program, we hit that postcode with targeted social media posts in that area.

“That’s why it’s really important to get clubs and facilities to commit their involvement with the programs on the website.

“It will enable them all to have a previously impossible direct line of approach to future members and their families.

“We’re really confident that it’s a great one-stop solution to expand the base for players, clubs and facilities around the country.”
