Situated next to the Heritage listed Aradale Mental Institution and established in the 1960s, Aradale Golf Course is voluntarily-run and fully maintained by its members. Built initially as a therapeutic help for the patients and once used by the staff for social gatherings and competitions, the course has nine holes with watered greens, surrounds and tees.
