Choi aims high at Kooyonga

Hye-jin Choi
Hye-jin Choi has made her Adelaide ambitions perfectly clear.

South Korea's Hye-Jin Choi has made her intentions clear for next week's 2018 ISPS Handa Women's Australian Open at Kooyonga Golf Club.

The talented 18-year-old who finished in a tie-for-seventh (T7) overall and won the low amateur trophy at last year's event at Royal Adelaide has set a goal of finishing in the top six.

"My goal is to make a better finish than last year," Choi told Our Sporting Life SA.

"I was equal seventh last year, so I want to finish within seventh place in the 2018 Australian Open."

Just months into her professional career and already at world No.11, nobody would be prepared to bet against her.
