Achievements' style fills us with pride

Sometimes Australian golf shouts its own name from the rooftops; at others, it’s up to us to give it a push.

With two men in the top six on the world rankings, record runs on the US and European tours and albatrosses in the LPGA, right now our athletes are doing more than we dared dream.

It’s always nice when those achievements are noted publicly in mainstream media.

But it’s even better when those plaudits are amplified by the message of humility and class.

So we couldn’t be happier than to promote this article from The Daily Telegraph in Sydney, written by respected and veteran sports columnist Richard Hinds.

Take a bow, guys. You’re filling us with pride.
