Ryan McCarthy
Tasmania's Ryan McCarthy was one of the Australians to progress.

Several Australians have graduated from the opening series of Stage One qualifying for the 2013 Asian Tour, those Australians involved at two separate venues in Thailand.

At the Imperial Lakeview facility Matt Jager, Brad Smith, Ryan McCarthy, James McMillan and Jordan Sheratt are amongst the 15% of players from that venue who will advance to Final Stage Qualifying in ten days time at the Imperial Lakeview and Springfield Royal Golf Club in Hua Hin.

At the Royal Thai Army Golf Club only Northern NSW golfer, Sam Brazel, amongst the Australians was able to make it through and he too will play the Final Stage.

Another three venues of Stage One will be played this coming week where another 40 or so Australians are entered.
