TOURNAMENT FORMAT Field Size: 156 players; Format: 72-holes Stroke Play. In the event of a tie for first place, a ‘sudden death’ play-off will take place. Cut after 36-holes to 70 players plus ties for 70th place. The Field of 156 players will be determined as follows 1. One-hundred (100) LPGA Members who have committed to the event, ranked in the order of their position on the 2014 LPGA Priority List. 2. Thirty (30) ALPG Members as determined by ALPG 3. Fifteen (15) LET Members as determined by LET 4. Eight (8) Sponsor Invites NOTE: One (1) invitation spot will be held for the winner (if an LPGA member) of the 2014 Pure Silk-Bahamas LPGA Classic, if she is not otherwise qualified via 1, 2, or 3 above 5. Three (3) players determined in an open qualifying round held during the week of the tournament.
CADDIES The fee for a local caddie is AUD$60 daily, not including gratuity Players are not permitted to use a pull buggy/trolley and must have a caddie. Players requiring a caddie must complete the relevant section of the Championship Entry Form or contact Adam Power at GA (Ph +61 3 9626 5000 / Fax +61 3 9696 5095 / Mob +61 448 366 224 or Note: Each player who requests a caddie is asked, if she subsequently decides to provide her own caddie, to notify GA immediately about her decision not to use the allocated caddie. Caddies will not be provided for those players who do not complete the caddie section of the Entry Form or contact GA. Note: A professional caddie may assist with yardages, etc, a Bag Carrier will only carry the bag. Caddie requests MUST be received by GA prior to 5:00 pm on Friday, 7 February 2014. NB. The tournament organisers will make every effort to cater for the particular type of caddie a player requests, but cannot guarantee that the specific caddie will be available.

PRACTICE ARRANGEMENTS Practice Range and Facilities: Sunday 9 Feb: 11.00 am – 4.00 pm Monday 10 Feb - Sunday 17 Feb: 6.30 am – as required Practice Rounds: Sunday 9 Feb: No Practice Rounds Mon 10 Feb: 7.00 am – 4.30 pm (last tee off) Tues 11 Feb: 7.00 am – 4.00 pm (last tee off) Wed 12 Feb: Pro-Am Day – no practice rounds Practice rounds are from 1st tee. There will be no time sheet on Monday, 10 February or, 11 February. Pick up begins at 7:00 am You MUST provide the following information: • Name • Email • Date • Arrival time • Arrival terminal (including domestic or international) • Flight number • Transfer destination • Number of passengers • Special requirements (e.g., child seat, excess luggage) Nearest Airports: Melbourne’s major airport, Tullamarine, is approximately 50km from the Golf Club (approx. 1 hour). Avalon Airport (domestic only) is approximately 80km from the Golf Club (approx. 2 hours depending on traffic). NOTE: Courtesy Cars will only pick up players from Tullamarine Airport. Airport Transfers: Airport pickup times will depend upon the arrival/departure times you provide. Please note: the latest pick up on Sunday, 9 February will be 10:00 pm Conditions: Courtesy cars will cater for player transport from the course and from Melbourne Airport to the official hotels. Please refer to the Accommodation Fact Sheet provided by your relevant tour. A coach service will also operate Wednesday to Friday at times to be determined.
