Emirates Australian Open

Royal Sydney Golf Club, Nov 17-20, 2016

Matt Jones

To read the Stonehaven Cup is to take a historical trip through the who’s who of world golf. Foreign visitors and legends Nicklaus, Palmer, Player, Watson, Snead, Sarazen, McIlroy, Spieth all are names engraved into Emirates Australian Open folkore. And that’s not to mention the champion Australian names Scott, Norman, Thomson, Von Nida, Pickworth and Ferrier who’ve all held aloft our greatest golfing prize.

The nation’s greatest courses, the year’s most star-studded fields and a rare chance to join some of golf’s immortals – it just doesn’t get any bigger than the Emirates Australian Open.
